How does a person register to become a member?

Corporate Representatives may join without any restrictions. Service Providers are restricted to three members of their firm to join NJRC.

A prospective member will register via the website and submit their individual information which includes: name, address, phone numbers, e-mail and organization.

Once a prospective member submits their application on line, their membership status remains in a “pending” status for NJRC Board review. Upon review by the Board, the response to the prospective member will be notified via e-mail.

Membership Dues & Payment (New members)

The ANNUAL membership fee is $300.00 per person (Service Providers ONLY) and is NON-refundable. Prospective members who are CORPORATE individuals(e.g. run relocation or mobility programs for Corporations) are allowed a FREE membership. This is all-inclusive and there will be no additional per meeting cost for the scheduled meetings. The membership year runs from January 1st through December 31st and the annual fee will cover two scheduled annual meetings, which typically includes lunch and refreshments.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you work for a Service Provider and are Outsourced to a Corporation to run their relocation program, you are considered a "Service Provider" and thus the membership fee applies.

A guest fee of $225.00 will be charged to Service Providers who are guests of members who attend in-person meetings. This fee is effective for all guests who register in advance of the scheduled meeting. Those guests who do not pre-register will be required to pay an additional fee of $25.00 (Corporate individuals who do not pre-register will also be required to pay a $25.00 fee at the door.)

The payment process can occur on-line and payment made via credit card. A receipt will be generated for the member’s records or reimbursement purposes.
